摘要现在工业生活生产中,随着现代工业的发展,温度作为一个基本物理量,与人们的生活环境、生产活动密切相关。而现代化的工业生产过程中温度作为一种常用的主要被控参数,在很多生产过程中我们需要对温度参数进行检测。而单片机在测控领域应用广泛,既可测量电信号又可测量温度等非电信号,而且可以报警,提高安全因素。因此,由单片机构成的温度控制系统可广泛应用于很多领域。本文以PIC单片机为核心,采用美国DALLAS公司生产的数字式温度传感器DS18B20,设计了一种比较简单的PIC温控系统。文中介绍了PIC单片机开发板的结构和功能,PIC单片机的结构和功能,一线总线技术,DS18B20芯片,提出了软件程序设计方案,给出了PIC单片机和DS18B20的初始化程序,以及对DS18B20读写,蜂鸣器的报警等相关程序,实现了采集、显示、报警以及开关量的输出,最后使用MPLAB软件对程序运行,调试,修正。该系统结构简单,适用范围广,且易于扩展,便于生活生产中应用。49094

Abstract The production of industrial life , with the development of modern industry , the temperature as a fundamental physical quantity , is activity closed related to people's living environment and production activities .In the Modern industrial processes ,temperature commonly used as a main accused of parameters in a lot of the production process , we need to detect the temperature parameter .While the microcontroller widely used in the measurement and control field can measure the electrical signals can also measure temperature , non - electrical signals, and can call the police to improve safety factor .Therefore,temperature control system constituted by the microcontrolle can be widely applied in many areas .This paper takes the PIC microcontroller as the core, digital temperature sensor DS18B20 DALLAS production , designing a simple PIC temperature control system .This paper introduces the PIC microcontroller development board structure and function, structure and function of the PIC microcontroller, 1-wire bus technology, chip DS18B20, puts forward the software program design, given the PIC microcontroller and DS18B20 initialization procedures, as well as to the DS18B20, speaking, reading and writing, the alarm and related procedures buzzer, realized the acquisition, display and alarm and switch amount of output. Finally use the MPLAB software to run the program , debug , fix .And that the system simple structure , wide range of applications , is easy to extend, facilitate the production of life .
