Intermediate Frequency Furnace Temperature Control System Based on PLC
Abstract
Relay control technology is the traditional heating furnace electrical control system, the main use of control technology. Relay control system adopts the fixed wiring of hardware to realize logic control, so that control the size of the system increases, power consumption, low efficiency and easy to result in failure to maintain the normal production of industrial results. Intermediate frequency furnace is a power supply device which transforms the alternating current of power frequency 50HZ into intermediate frequency. Wire winding shaft to form a similar induction coil, for the induction coil to produce a high density of magnetic field lines. First of all, the three-phase alternating current is rectified into DC, the DC adjustable intermediate frequency current and finally supplied by the capacitive and inductive coil over-current intermediate frequency alternating current.
