本设计以组态王监测为核心,监控系统和现场操作箱可以实现两地控制,可以进行手自动切换,本地与远程的切换。组态画面直观,可以显示管网水压及水泵的运行状态。通过PLC模块实现测量信号的采集和控制信号的输出,计算机和PLC模块之间通过通信实现信息的传递,以组态王为软件平台设计控制软件和上位机管理软件,实现对生活小区供水流量的控制。由于本设计中应用了组态王监控软件,使用编程组态技术实现了基于组态王和变频器控制的恒压供水系统,具有高效节能、自动可靠、维护简单、管理方便的优点。
