摘要:本文主要讲述了基于组态王的裂解炉控制系统设计方案和组态王软件。
裂解炉是乙烯生产设备的重要组成部分,裂解炉的作用是将天然气、炼厂气、原油及石脑油等各类原材料加工成裂解气,并提供给其它乙烯装置,最终加工成乙烯、丙烯及各种副产品。
组态王开发监控系统软件,是新型的工业自动控制系统,它以标准的工业计算机软、硬件平台构成的集成系统取代传统的封闭式系统。它以Windows中文操作系统系列作为其操作平台,充分利用了Windows图形功能完备、界面一致性好等特点,易学易用。58118
组态王软件包由工程管理器、工程浏览器、画面运行系统三部分组成。其中,工程管理器用于新建工程、工程管理等。工程浏览器则内嵌画面开发系统,即组态王开发系统。通过组态王软件的学习,并运用组态王的动画功能,完成了监控画面和实时曲线图的画面建立。
