摘要: 长久以来,链条锅炉作为一种常用生产设备,在很多行业应用广泛。但是,链条锅炉的效率却较为低下,每年有大量能源因此浪费。向锅炉送入二次风,可以改变锅炉炉膛内流场,影响锅炉燃烧情况,从而改变锅炉燃烧效率。设计合理合适的火花示踪装置,研磨选取合适的碳粉示踪颗粒,搭建冷态模化试验台,对链条锅炉送入二次风,使用高速摄像机记录火花示踪流线,分析炉内流场的改变,以得到二次风优化炉内燃烧的结论。同时,使用 fluent流场模拟软件,模拟出链条炉有二次风和没有二次风时炉内的流场,对比试验结果,进行校核。 61038

Title Experimental Study of Restricted Jet
Abstract: Since a long time, as a common production,the chain-grate boiler is widely used in many industries. However, the efficiency of the chain boiler is relatively low, and a lot of energy is wasted every year.Feeding secondary air into the boiler, can change the flow field of the boiler furnace and affect the combustion in the boiler, then it can change the combustion efficiency of the chain-grate boiler. Designing rational spark tracer device, abrading toner particles and choicing suitable toner particles , builing cold Modeling test rig, feeding secondary air into the boiler, using high-speed camera to record the flowing lines of tracer, analysising the chanange of the furnace flow field,then the conclusion that the secondary air can optimize the combustion in the boiler is konwn. Meanwhile, Fluent is used to simulate the flow field of the boiler furnace while there is a secondary air and there is no secondary air flow,so the test results can be checked.
