摘要当前，国内外电动汽车产业正在蓬勃发展。电动汽车具有节能、环保的优势，可有效缓解能源资源紧张、大气污染严重等问题。电动汽车不同于常规动力汽车的主要部分就是其使用了可充电蓄电池，蓄电池的使用就带来了充电的问题，电动汽车充电站应运而生。电动汽车充电站作为该产业链上的重要一环，在未来有很大的发展空间，而充电站计费管理系统的是充电站的关键部分。本课题的目的是研究电动汽车充电站的计费管理系统的设计，通过实时监测电动汽车的充电状态，完成对电动汽车充电站的计费管理。为了达到这个目标本文首先研究了电动汽车充电站的结构与功能，分析了充电站各个系统的作用。其次，分析了电动汽车的充电过程，对三种充电方式进行了详细的比较分析。然后对充电站的计费系统进行了研究，设计了计费的流程和方式。最后通过编程设计了电动汽车充电站的计费系统，实现充电站的计量和结算功能。该设计完成了一个功能全面的电动汽车充电站计费管理系统。这对充电站的推广和普及有着很重要的现实意义，也为充电站计费管理系统提供了很好的设计思路。61048

Abstract Currently, the domestic electric vehicle industry is booming. Electriccars have many advantages such as energy saving, environmentalprotection , which can effectively alleviate the strain on the resourcesof energy, air pollution and other issues.Unlike conventional electricvehicles, the main part of the electric vehicle is its use of rechargeablebatteries, battery charge use the problems to bring the electric carcharging stations came into being．As all important part of the industrychain，electric vehicle charging stations have much room for futuredevelopment，and the billing management system is the key part of a chargingstation．This topic is the study of electric vehicle charging stations billingmanagement system design，though real-time monitoring of the state ofcharge of the electric car,complete the electric vehicle charging stationbilling management.First of all,this paper studied the electric vehiclecharging station structure and function analysis of the role of each systemcharging station.Then it analyzes the process of charging electricvehicles, charging the three carried out a detailed comparative analysis.Then the charging station charging system is studied.Finally, the programwas designed electric vehicle charging station charging system, chargingstation metering and billing functions.The design is complete with a fullyfunctional electric vehicle charging station billing management system.Onthe promotion and popularization of charging stations has a very important practical significance, but also information management system for thecharging station provides a good design ideas.
