摘要目前,随着现代先进武器的快速发展 ,高低压原理以它独特的优点在武器领域尤其在低速火炮发射系统中被越来越多的广泛采用。在查阅了大量国内外有关高低压火炮的文献的基础上,针对高低压火炮的发射特点,采用了数值模拟的方法对其内弹道特性进行了研究,建立了高低压火炮发射系统的数学模型和物理模型,用 VB 语言编写内弹道程序,运用经典 Rung-Kuntta方法求解方程,实现了对高低压室的数值模拟,并对高低压室中的燃气压力和弹丸运动变化规律进行计算,获得了高低压室压力、弹丸速度、行程等内弹道参数随时间的变化特性。计算表明,所建模型合理。最后,针对装填参数和结构参数对内弹道性能的影响进行了分析,为高低压火炮结构及装填参数设计提供参考。61054

Title heavy caliber high-low Pressure gun’s assembling Powder and the structure designing of ignition and flame and the research of the numerical simulation method Abstract Now, with the development of modern advanced weapons, high- low pressure principle has the trend to be more and more widely used due to its unique advantages in the field of weapons particularly in the launch system of the low speed guns. Based on consulting lots of documents about high and low pressure guns both abroad and at home, point at the launch characteristic of high-low pressure gun , adopted the method of the numerical simulation to research its interior ballistic simulation processes. Established the launching system of the mathematics model and the physical model of the high and low gun. Using VB to write the interior ballistic procedure, the classical Rung-Kutta to solute the equation. Achieved the numerical simulation for the high-low pressure gun. And test for the pressure of gas and the regularity of the pellets’ motion in the high-and-low room. Get the pressure-time traces, projectile velocity-time trace, and travel-time trace. Test results show that the establishment of the high-low launch system is reasonable and reliable. Finally, point at the filling parameters and structure parameters to analysis the internal ballistic performances. Provide the reference for the structure and the filling parameter of the high-and-low pressure gun.
