摘要地铁紧急突发事件的乘客紧急疏散与人员的生命安全直接相关,如何缓解疏散情况下的人员拥挤,防止事故的发生,己成为当前国内外公共安全领域研究的热点和重点。地铁站人员的紧急疏散就是在发生各种突发事件时,在一定的时间内将站内所有人员安全地疏散到安全区域。61537
本文对我国现有的地铁发展情况作出阐述,指出在地铁发展迅速下的隐患。阐述了我国地铁疏散设施的设置要求,对于地铁紧急疏散因素进行了分类和分析。对层次分析法做了介绍,确定各因素在其中的权重比例,并确定评价方法。介绍了模糊分析法的计算过程,以新街口为例,计算了新街口地铁站在发生紧急突发事件下的疏散能力,并提出了改进措施。

Title : Emergency evacuation capacity evaluation based on subway passengers
Abstract:Subway Emergency Evacuation and the life security of people directly related, how to ease the evacuation of the personnel crowded, prevent accidents, has become the focus of the current study of public security field at home and abroad. Subway station personnel emergency evacuation is in emergencies occurred, in a certain period of time all personnel in the station safely evacuated to safe areas.
This paper introduces the development situation of our country's existing in the subway, pointed out that the rapid development of hidden trouble. Elaborated our country Metro evacuation facilities requirements, for the subway emergency evacuation factors were classified and analyzed. This paper introduces the analytic hierarchy process, determine the factors in weight proportion, and determine the evaluation method. The introduction of fuzzy analysis calculation method, taking Xinjiekou as an example, the Xinjiekou subway station in the event of emergency evacuation capacity under the calculation, and puts forward improving measures.
