摘要本文提出了一种多药室高速发射内弹道技术,使得在不提高膛压的基础下增加初速。主要内容有:a)分析发射原理,并针对其三个阶段,建立某双药室坦克炮的经典内弹道模型,并对其进行了数值模拟,讨论分析主副药室的装药比、副药室的点火延迟以及活塞质量等因素对于内弹道性能的影响;b)计算模拟其基于拉格朗日假设下的压力分布,发现主副药室的压力曲线为双峰曲线,副药室能起到良好的接力作用从而达到提高弹丸初速的目的;c)采用多目标优化设计的方法,建立了多药室火炮指标优化模型,并利用TOPSIS方法对其优化问题进行了求解。63563

Title Interior Ballistics Simulation and Analysis of Series Chamber Guns
Abstract On type of technology of series chamber guns with high speed is proposed which aims to improve the propeller’s kinetic energy through rebuilding the existed guns while not adding the chamber’s pressure. The principle contents are as follows: a)Analysis the theory of the series chamber guns with high speed, aimed at the three different processes ,establish the general 140mm gun's classic interior ballistics model, the numerical simulation results are computed. In addition, some research has been done to analysis the influence of main-deputy powder proportion、ignition delay of deputy powder and plunger mass on interior performance. b)Simulated based on the Lagrange hypothesis, it can be found that the two pressure curves present bimodal curve ,main-deputy chamber plays a good role in relay which achieves the goal to improve the muzzle velocity of the projectile . c)The series chamber gun's optimization model is established by using the multi-object optimization method and the solutions are gotten by TOPSIS method.
