摘要风电作为一种新型能源发展迅速,而前期的风资源评估对于风电场选址规划显得尤为重要,有效的风资源评估可以有效地提高风电场的产能效率。本文介绍了风资源评估的主要内容,相应的国家标准以及风资源评估的意义,利用MATLAB 与MySQL数据库连接实现数据的传递,并利用MATLAB的GUI功能设计一个风资源数据评估系统。以江苏省南京市江宁区实际测数据为基础,利用设计的软件对当地2009年风能资源进行评估,将结果以报表和图像的形式直观得展示出来,并将评估结果与实际历史天气数据进行分析比较,确认评估软件的可靠性,实现合理有效的风资源的评估。开发适应我国国情的风资源评估系统。对于低风速复杂地形地区的风电场选址规划具有十分重要的意义。64226

Title The development and application of the wind resource assessment system
Abstract Wind power as a new energy has developed rapidly, the pre-wind resource assessment plan for the wind farm site is particularly important 。Effective wind resource assessment can effectively improve the efficiency of the production capacity of the wind farm. This article describes the main contents of the wind resource assessment, as well as the corresponding national standard wind resource assessment significance. Connection with the MySQL database using MATLAB to achieve data transfer,and use MATLAB GUI functionality to design a wind resource data evaluation system 。To assess the actual wind resource in Jiangning District, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province in 2009,the results in the form of reports and image was displayed, assessment results with actual historical weather data were analyzed and compared to confirm the reliability of software 。Rational and effective wind resource assessment for low wind speed complex terrain wind farm site planning area has great significance, but also help to adapt to China's national conditions of developing wind resource assessment system。
