论文运用西门子WinCC软件设计了生物柴油提炼过程的监控系统,包括:监控模块和功能模块。监控模块中主要设计了生物柴油提炼系统中的酯化反应过程、酯交换水洗过程、上层液闪蒸精馏过程、下层液闪蒸冷凝过程及甲醇回收过程的监控界面;功能模块主要有:参数设定、趋势曲线、报表输出和报警显示。并实现了上位机监控系统与直接控制器PLC间的数据通信功能。

Title Design of the biodiesel refining system’s monitoring software based on SIMATIC WinCC
Abstract As a truly green fuel,the biodiesel is known for its environmentally friendly and renewable,and it is much pro-gaze at home and abroad.With the vigorous development of production preparation and the improvement of the refining system automation degree,biodiesel product quality and production efficiency is also of concern at the same time.This topic’s research is based on biodiesel refining system automation reconstruction project of one enterprise.
This paper uses SIMATIC WinCC software to design biodiesel refining process monitoring system,including:monitoring modules and function modules.The main designs of the monitoring module are monitoring interfaces of esterification reaction process,ester exchange reaction and washing process,flash evaporation and rectify process of supernatant liquid,flash evaporation and condensation process of lower liquid,and methanol recovery process.The function modules are:parameter setting,trend curve,report output and alarm display.At last,this project achieves the function of data communication system between the host compute’s monitoring system and direct controller PLC.
