摘要浊度是水中不同大小、比重、形状的悬状物、胶体物质和微生物杂质对光所产生效应的表达语,是评价水质的重要依据之一。目前国内外市场上浊度仪种类繁多,但是绝大多数都比较适用低浊度和普通的浊度测量,高浊度例如浓稠的石灰水则比较缺乏精准的测量。在此现状下本文提出了一种新的后向式光纤传感在线光电浊度仪的设计研究理念。
本文首先分析了目前国内外浊度仪的发展和应用情况以及各公司产品的特点,提出了我国浊度仪研究中遇到的一些问题;然后分析了浊度测量的几种方法,对散射光透射光与浊度的关系进行了细致的推导,决定采用多种方法结合的方式,在不同的浊度下通过分别采用后向散射和四光束探测原理,扩大浊度测量的范围。并且采用光纤进行光的传输,大大提高了浊度测量精确度。
最后,介绍了整体浊度仪硬件部分的设计,其中对传感器设计中需注意的几个问题作了详细的说明,并详细介绍了主要器件的功能及使用问题。由于实验条件不够、本人知识欠缺以及设计时间不足等问题,软件部分只是提出了流程图。8962

Title Online photoelectric turbidimeter design
Abstract
Turbidity is the expression of the effect, related to the light, which is produced by the hanging bar, colloidal substances and microbial impurities with a different size, specific gravity and shape in the water. It is an important basis evaluation of water quality. At present the domestic and foreign markets turbidimeter varies, but the vast majority are more applicable to the low turbidity, and general turbidity measurements. However, high turbidity, such as thickened limewater is lack of precise measurement. In this situation the paper puts forward the study of a new designing concept about a backward type of online photoelectric turbidimeter with fiber optic.
This article has first analyzed the present domestic and foreign turbidimeter development and application and the company's product characteristic, with some of the problems encountered in our turbidimeter study; and then on the basis of analyzing several ways of turbidity measurements and the detailed derivation for the relationship between the turbidity and the scattered light or the transmission light, this paper decide to use a variety of methods in combination with way, in different turbidity according to backscattered light beam and a four light beam detection principle, to expand the range of turbidity measurements. Using optical fiber for optical transmission, greatly improve the accuracy of the turbidity measurement.
Finally, this paper introduces the overall turbidity meter hardware design, which gave a detailed description of several problems about the sensor design, and details the function and use of the main devices. Because of experimental conditions is not enough, my lack of knowledge and lack of design time, the software part has just a flow chart.
