摘要当前,MEMS加速度计在振动检测、姿态控制、安防报警、消费应用、动作识别、状态记录等方面发挥着重要作用。在应用过程中为提高效率,需对生产或采购的MEMS加速度计进行批量性能测试,以判别产品的主要性能是否合格或满足应用需求。为此,设计MEMS电容式加速度计批量测试系统以满足相关的测试需求。68200
本次毕业设计主要完成MEMS加速度计批量测试系统中的数据采集部分。根据设计要求采用ADS1278作为模数转换芯片,以MSP430F5529为控制器设计了多通道(32通道)同步数据采集系统。通过硬件设计和软件设计,实现了1kHz采样速率下32通道的同步采样,且有效分辨率优于16bit。采集后的数据通过USB接口上传到上位机,通过上位机应用软件实现了MEMS加速度计批量测试系统的性能与功能评估。

Title The design of performance of MEMS accelerometers batch testing (data acquisition)
Abstract
Currently, MEMS accelerometers play an important role in vibration testing, attitude control, security alarm, consumer applications, action recognition,and state records etc.In order to improve the efficiency during the application process,it needs to batch test the performance of MEMS accelerometers produced or purchased to distinguish the product is qualified or meet the application requirements.So,it requires to design a MEMS capacitive accelerometers batch testing system to meet the relevant test requirements.The graduation design is mainly to complete data acquisition of MEMS accelerometer batch testing system.According to the design requirements,the design adopted ADS1278 as the analog-digital converter chip and MSP430F5529 as the micro-controller processor to design a multi-channel(32 channels) data acquisition system.Through the design of hardware and software,the system sample 32 channels synchronously under 1kHz sampling rate and the effective resolution is morn than 16 bit.The collected datas will be uploaded to the PC through USB interface.The PC application software can achieve the performance and functional assessment of MEMS accelerometer batch testing system.
