摘要:随着时代一点一点的进步,科技的一步一步的发展,电器也随着时代的步伐一起进步着。气隙变压器已经在我们的融入了我们的日常生活中,它的原理是随着人们实际的工作需要绕制工艺会有所不同。变压器是由硅钢片一片片拼成的。而两个硅钢片之间的留有的空隙,就叫作气隙。空隙(即气隙)变大大了当然磁阻就变大了。空隙(即气隙)的作用便是减小磁导率,使磁芯材料的起始磁导率较少的被线圈特性所依赖。对气隙变压器中的难点与重点,我个人觉得反馈电路应该是重点,难点是变化磁场。68770
本课题中首先运用protel 99 SE软件创建原理图,然后察看电路是否有问题。第二步设计版图,创建元器件,将元器件自动布线。接着将电路板完成打样和调试,进行建模。最后调试参数,达到良好的电压输出。

Abstract: With the progress of the times, the development of science and technology, electrical appliances with the pace of the times together with the progress. The air gap transformer is used in almost all electronic products, and its principle is different depending on the occasion and the work requirements. Transformers are made of silicon steel. The gap between the two facing silicon steel sheets is called the air gap. Large air gap, of course, the magnetoresistance. The effect of the air gap is to reduce the permeability so that the coil characteristics are less dependent on the initial permeability of the core material. Pneumatic transformers in the difficulties and focus, I personally think that the feedback circuit should be the key, the difficulty is to change the magnetic field.
