摘要:随着生活水平的提高,各个领域对于用电的需求越来越大,依靠煤炭发电的火电厂每年的发电量也逐年递增。但是,其排放的二氧化硫却造成了严重的环境污染。近年来,火电厂烟气脱硫技术及其应用已得到我国有关政府部门、科研单位和企业的高度重视。有关政府部门要求科研单位进一步研究开发脱硫技术,跟踪国外最新技术的发展,完善其技术、设备、运行和效果。为迅速推广脱硫技术的应用,科研人员在结合我国的实际国情的情况下,不断了解、借鉴最新国外脱硫技术,逐步进行消化吸收国外先进脱硫技术,研发出具有自主知识产权的烟气脱硫技术。然而如何将现场总线技术从烟气脱硫的众多关键技术中应用到烟气脱硫电气控制系统中也成为了关键技术之一。
现场总线是一种实时动态的连接现场智能化设备和自动化控制装置的双向交互式串行、数字式、多节点通信网络结构。能支持双向多节点、总线式的全数字通讯是其关键的体现。
现场总线(FCS)可以把脱硫现场各个分散的测量、控制设备变成网络节点,以现场总线为纽带,把它们连接成可以相互沟通信息,共同完成脱硫控制任务的网络控制系统,真正实现了“信息集中、控制分散”的全分布式系统。系统将提高网络的智能化程度和信息交换速度,提高了系统的可靠性和抗干扰性。10548
本课题使现场总线控制技术及模糊控制在烟气脱硫控制系统中得到应用,顺应自动控制系统的发展潮流,提高烟气脱硫系统的控制水平。

Field-bus is a real-time dynamic two-way interactive serial, digital and multi-node communication network structure to connect the intelligent equipment and automation control equipment.The key expression is that can support two-way multi-node, fully digital communications bus type.
FCS can desulfurization various scattered field measurement and control device into the network nodes to the field-bus as a link to connect them to each other to exchange information and control tasks together to complete desulfurization network control system, so that it will truely realize "information centralized, decentralized control "of the entire distributed system.The system will improve network intelligence and information exchange speed, and system reliability and robustness.
This topic makes that the field bus control technology and fuzzy control is applied in the FGD control system, complying with the development trend of automatic control system, and improving the control level of flue gas desulfurization system.
