摘要随着近年来中国政治的发展，市场经济的稳步前进，信息化程度的日益加深，经济全球化的猛烈冲击，中国在经济、政治、文化等各个方面都受了巨大的挑战。中国与世界的联系越来越密切。在这样的时代背景下，大众的政治参与扮演着越来越重要的角色。为了实现大众参与政治的通畅性，拓展参与渠道，完善参与程序就显得越发必要。本文通过借鉴台湾地区发展的先进性，对比大陆地区的不足，对于完善大众参与政治的相关程序提出建议，促进大陆地区民主政治更好更快发展。 30798

Abstract
As china’s political development in recent years,the steady progress of the market economy,and a growing degree of information,and the violent impact of economic,political,cultural and other aspects are subject to enormous challenges.Increasingly,close links between China and the world.Under such circumstances,the mass political participation plays an increasingly important role,in order to achieve patency of the mass participation,improve participatory process becomes more and more necessary.Through the advancement of the development of Taiwan for reference.Comparing the weakness of mainland areas,make recommendations for improving public participation in the political processes associated with ang promote better and faster development of democracy on the mainland.

1.1 研究背景
