摘 要：改革开放三十多年来，我国的经济发展取得了巨大的成就，我国正处于社会转型的关键时期，在这样的国情背景下，城镇拆迁也应运而生。我国城市化建设进程中的房屋拆迁问题已成为社会的热点问题。但是因为我国房屋拆迁方面的相关法律的不健全；政府定位的不准确；拆迁户的补偿安置不合理以及拆迁户自身存在的问题等，导致拆迁中的群体性突发事件层出不穷。所以探讨拆迁过程中群体性突发事件发生的原因，并基于这些原因，找出解决方法。给拆迁创造一个良好的环境，使拆迁无后顾之忧。31223

On Housing Demolition in the Process of Urbanization in China Group Extreme Events

前言
