摘要本文以我国原国民党抗战老兵为研究对象，利用个案研究法，对老兵的生活经历进行了深入的描述和分析，并以此为依据，将老兵的养老需求分为物质和精神两方面。物质上，老兵渴望获得基本的生活保障，实现居有所安、病有所医、老有所养；精神上，老兵一方面渴望获得来自家庭亲情、社会交往等方面的慰藉，另一方面渴求政府及社会对其当年英勇抗战的行为进行认可与表彰，渴求政府对其因“反革命”罪名蒙受的不白之冤及带来的负面影响进行平反、补偿。48905
抗战老兵养老需求的特殊性要求养老机构将其区别于一般老人服务，要求政府与社会加大支持力量，然而通过对南京市养老机构中的三位抗战老兵的调查研究，笔者发现现实中政府与社会支持力度的薄弱、养老机构自身发展能力的限制等因素，影响着老兵机构养老理想效果的实现。因此文章提出加大政府支持力度、强化社会力量支持、提升养老机构的自身发展能力三个主要方面的对策，以期解决抗战老兵的机构养老问题，实现老兵机构养老专业化。
Today we focus on the former Kuomintang veterans who participated in the Anti-Japanese War, taking use of three cases to analyze their pension situation. According to it, we pided their demands into two parts of material and spirit. On the one hand, they desire to obtain basic life support and medical security. On the other hand, they desire to obtain family love and friendship, they are more eager to get recognition, respect and compensation from government and society.
The special requirements of the former KMT veterans ask pension sector, society and government put much more energy and resources. But bases on our research, we find the weakness in current welfare house. So we put forward suggestions from three aspects to try to solve these problems. The three aspects are as follows: increase government’s support, strengthen the support of society and improve the ability of pension sector. We sincerely hope to solve the pension dilemma of the former KMT veterans.
