摘要随着改革开放以及政策制度的放开，土地市场逐步放开，土地作为一种商品不断进入市场并且各类建设用地对土地需求的不断加大，由此产生的土地违法问题十分严重。鉴于愈演愈烈的各阶层的矛盾，本文对近年来土地违法状况的总体特征与时空演变特征作了系统分析，结果表明从总体上看中国东部地区表现出一定集聚态势，从时序的变化的角度看，空间蔓延趋势明显，并表现出阶段性的空间集聚特点但是同时这种蔓延态势得到遏制并有所缓解。其次，运用EVIEWS软件，从理论上构建了一个土地违法行为及其影响因素的分析框架，以东部11个省份的数据为样本，对土地违法经济因素、财政因素、城镇化水平等对土地违法的影响进行了论证与分析，从而探讨了规制土地违法和维护土地市场的措施与解决方案，为制定相关的政策和制度提供理论依据和决策参考。51686

Economically Developed Regions of Illegal Land Use Temporal Change Characteristics and Influencing Factors - A Case Study of the Eastern Region
Abstract
With the reform and opening up and liberalization of policies and systems, the gradual liberalization of the land market, land has been become a commodity entering the market. All kinds of construction land demand for land are continuing to increase, the problem of illegal land problems are very serious. According to the contradiction between various sectors intensified and land illegal status in recent years, the overall characteristics and spatial variations of the system were analyzed. The results show that the eastern of China showed some gathering trend, from the timing of the change and the perspective of the whole, space spread trend is clearly, and the characteristics of spatial agglomeration stage were exhibited. But at the same time, the spread of this trend has been checked and eased. Secondly, with the use of EVIEWS software, we build a theory about its influence factors analysis framework of illegal land use, eastern 11 provinces were used as samples and illegal land use economic factors, financial factors, the level of urbanization and other land illegal Effect were demonstrated and analyzed to investigate the regulation of illegal land use and maintenance of the land market measures and solutions, and providing a theoretical basis for decision-making reference for the development of relevant policies and institutions.
