本设计为上海市宝枫公司办公楼的空调系统设计,一共4层,一层层高3.8m,标准层层高3.6m。窗高2m,门高2.0m。办公楼位于上海市。此办公楼共有4层。第一层使用面积为850.99平方米 第二层的使用面积为524.43平方米 第3层的使用面积为710.94 第四层的使用面积为 347.67 房间类型包括:办公室 .服务大厅. 办公楼门厅. 职工活动室. 休息室 .杂物间.第一层楼包括2间办公室.一间杂物间.一间服务大厅.一间办公楼门厅和一间员工活动室。第二层楼包括19间办公室. 一间会议室 .一间杂物间. 一间休息室。第三层楼包括27间办公室。第4层楼包括14间办公室一间杂物间 。
设计能容有:设计适合建筑物的空调系统,明确设计的方向和方案,然后进行一系列的计算如水力计算,负荷计算来确定水管风管的管径等。接着将风管与水管的位置进行合理的布置。每个空调系统有自己的特点。需要按照空调系统的特点和办公楼的建筑的特色和所在的地理位置来选择适合的空调相关设备和空调机组。如选择风机盘管的型号和等一系列设备的型号并确定风管和水管的尺寸。最后做好水泵水箱的冷水机组等辅助设备的选型。20817
