摘要随着中国通信业的发展，中国通信设备制造业也得到了充分发展，以华为、中兴为代表的本土通信设备制造行业经历了学习期，模仿期，现在己经进入了具有完全知识产权的独立研制阶段，在有些通信产品领域中，本土企业已经走在了世界的前列，甚至领导了这些通信产品全球标准的商讨和制定。这些企业在激烈的中国市场竞争中，通过坚持走自主创新之路，脱颖而出。
财务分析的主要目的在于评价公司过去的经营成果，衡量公司日前的财务状况，预测未来的发展趋势。财务分析主要着眼于公司的财务状况、经营成果以及内部管理的诊断分析和总结。而通过对两个同类企业的各项财务指标的对比研究和财务指标的趋势分析，可以找出两个企业间存在的经营差距以及未来的发展趋势。7892
本文旨在研究中兴通讯公司近年来的财务战略及其发展前景。通过对近年来国内通讯行业总体形势的分析研究和同行业竞争者，如华为、大唐等所采取的应对措施，找出中兴的优劣势所在，借鉴竞争者的有利方法。分析中兴通讯从过去到现在财务战略的变化、进步以及其战略改变的依据原因，总结最适合中兴的战略方向，发现其中不足之处。首先通过财务报表分析其财务战略，其中包括公司筹资战略分析、公司股利分配政策分析以及公司资金管理战略分析，其次综合财务情况做出综合评价和分析，最后，对中兴通讯的现实情况作了探讨，并在此基础上对中兴通讯未来的发展作了展望和建议。

Title  Financial strategy analysis of ZTE
Abstract
With fast growth of telecom industry，Chinese telecom device industry developed very fast. ZTE and Huawei are outstanding Chinese companys in this market, growing with Chinese telecom industry. They become more and more important players in global telecom device industry,from followers to innovators.
The main purpose of financial analysis is to evaluate the operating results of company in the past, to measure the company’s financial situation, to predict the trend of development. Financial analysis  focused mainly on the company’s financial position, results of operations and internal management of diagnostic analysis and summary. And the two similar enterprises through the comparative study of financial indicators and financial indicators of trend analysis can be found between the two businesses operating gap, as well as future trends.
This paper aims to study the financial strategy of ZTE and its development prospects in recent years. Through the analysis of the overall situation of the domestic communications industry in recent years and the same industry competitors such as Huawei, Datang, the measures taken in response. To find out the advantages and disadvantages of ZTE, draw lessons from the beneficial method of competitors. Analysis ZTE from the past to the present financial strategies change, progress and the reason of changing its strategy, summed up the most appropriate strategic direction of ZTE ,found the inadequacies. First, analysis the financial strategy by its financial statements, then followed by the solvency, asset management ability, profit ability Finally, assess the enterprise value. As well based on further discussing on actual situation of ZTE，the vision and recommendations to ZTE for future development were proposed.
