6 空调水系统
由于该建筑的空调水系统，考虑到设计的管路系统简单，该设计的水系统均采用两管式。客房部分竖向为异程式，即供、回水干管中的水流方向相反，每一环路的管路长度不等，采用该方式不需回程管，管道长度较短，管路简单；纵向为同程式，即供、回水干管中的水流方向相同，经过每一环路的管路长度相等，采用该方式使水量分配、调节方便，便于水力平衡；
季节转换采取在分、集水器上阀门切换。空调机组和风机盘管回水管上设电动两通阀，根据空调负荷变化调节通过盘管的水量，分、集水器间设电动压差旁通阀来文持系统压力平衡。
7 卫生间通风设计
