摘要：本文对杭州市某大酒店的暖通空调工程进行设计说明。介绍工程概况、任务、要求及空调冷热负荷计算过程。根据建筑及其所在城市环境特点，设计了合理的空调方式。本建筑裙房部分为商业功能，层高较低，采用风机盘管加新风系统。主楼部分为酒店，采用了风机盘管加新风系统。本说明分析了各系统空气处理方式，介绍了各系统空调设备选型的过程。根据建筑的结构和功能特点，设计了空调系统的风系统和水系统，进行了相应的计算。根据建筑周边环境以及任务书的要求，选择水冷冷水机组作为冷源，热源为区域锅炉房。根据相应国家规范及任务要求，设计了建筑的空调、通风、防排烟系统。27097

Abstract
In this paper,a Hotel in Hangzhou HVAC engineering design description.Introduction
of engineering survey,task,requirement and air conditioning cooling load
calculation process. According to the architectural and the environment characteristic of the city, the reasonable air conditioning mode is designed.The construction of the annex is a business function,the lower floors, with fresh air fan coil system.In the main building part of the hotel, the wind fan coil and fresh air system.This paper analyzes the air treatment way of each system, and introduces the process of air conditioning equipment selection.According to the structure and function of the building, the air system and the water system of the air conditioning system are designed.According to the environment of building surroundings and the request of mission book, choose water cooling water chiller as cooling source, heat source is regional boiler room.According to the relevant national standards and mission requirements, the air conditioning, ventilation and smoke control system of buildings are designed.

1 工程概况
1.1  工程介绍
该大酒店是由酒店、餐饮、会议和商务等部分组成的五星级酒店，建筑地下一层，地上二十一层，总建筑高度77.5米，总建筑面积34126平方米，其中地上建筑面积29411平方米，地下6179平方米，建筑物占地面积3962平方米，gauge建筑为一类建筑，结构体系为框架筒体。
