本教学楼工程预算设计针对教学楼项目，在工程建模的基础上进行工程预算，通过GCL土建算量软件的应用对工程模型进行工程量的计算汇总，从而得到教学楼项目工程量清单表；再通过GBQ清单计价软件的应用对工程量清单表进行定额的套用从而得到总的工程预算，为之后的工程成本控制提供依据。

1 设计任务书
1.1 设计内容
本课题为一个团队课题，共由三名组员分别主要负责不同部分。团队课题名称：教学楼BIM虚拟建造。该课题主要由三部分内容组成：1.教学楼建模；2.教学楼工程预算；3.教学楼施工组织设计。
1.1.1 教学楼建模
