摘要这些年信息技术迅猛发展，地理信息系统也日趋完善，数字地球应运而生。大比例尺数字地形图测绘对工程建设，和地理信息系统的完善有着重大意义。研究大比例尺数字地形图测绘技术设计，对改善测图方法、提高测图精度、提高测图效率有重大意义。32367
本文基于对数字测图原理的研究，将会简要说明数字测图的发展与展望、数字测图的实质、数字测图的流程以及几种数字测图方法。着重阐述大比例尺数字测图技术设计方面的内容，包括技术设计的流程、基本原则、基本内容等，会以一篇笔者亲自编写的技术设计书为基础具体体现。本篇技术设计中，将使用GPS技术做控制测量，外业中使用全站仪进行野外碎步测量，内业中使用CASS7.0完成图形编辑。

Abstract These years, information technology is developing rapidly, geographic information system is becoming more and more perfect.digital earth arises at the historic moment. The large scale digital topographic map surveying and mapping is very important in engineering construction, and has significant meaning for the improvement of the geographic information system. Researching on the technology design of large scale digital topographic map surveying and mapping has great significance to improve the mapping method, the mapping accuracy and the efficiency of map.
Based on the research of the principle of the digital map, this paper will briefly explain the development and prospect of digital mapping, the essence of digital mapping, digital mapping process and several kinds of digital mapping method. The paper will Focus on the design of large scale digital mapping technology, including the technical design process, basic principles, basic content, etc., I will write a technical design as a model to show the above content. In the design, GPS technology will be used for controlling measurements, the total station will be used for field measurement, and CASS7.0 will be used to graphics editor In the industry.
