江苏338省道（S338）是在江苏省内的一条重要通道，起点为江苏省太仓市浏河镇，终点为江苏省镇江市区与243省道交界处，全程约220千米。这条省道经过苏州太仓市、苏州常熟市、苏州张家港市、无锡江阴市、常州市新北区、镇江丹阳市、镇江丹徒区、镇江市区。
