设计课题来源于实际工程,随着现代科学技术和我国市场经济的发展,人们对生活品质的要求增高,高楼大厦的建设日益增多,从新闻可以看出,许多城市报道正在建设和计划建设多处大厦。空调系统在大厦的能耗中占有相当高的比重,据统计占到建筑能耗的30~50%。如何做好大厦的空调系统,是空调从业人员应当仔细研究的问题。各地都在兴建高标准的大厦。其空调方式应能适应高级大厦的功能需求,大量采用先进设备和相应配套设备而成的中央空调体统是现代建筑床在舒适高效工作和生活环境所不可缺少的重要基础设施。怡人的空气环境会使大厦人员工作质量提高,使顾客流连忘返,找到家的温暖。而空气闷热、浑浊则会令效率大大降低,因此大厦的空调系统设计对于整个大厦运作及顾客入住率有着十分重要的影响。35685
