摘要：本设计的对象是上海市某商务综合办公楼的中央空调系统设计。该建筑是一栋十层高的商务综合办公楼，总高度约为33.4 m。其中一层为三个商铺；二至九层结构相同，是办公区域；顶层有一间大的会议室。根据上海地区的气象资料，通过对空调系统的比较，最终决定采用半集中式中央空调系统中的风机盘管加独立新风系统。主要设计内容为冷负荷计算、空调系统方案选择、风系统设计及气流组织计算、水管水力计算。然后将设计的空调系统与其他空调系统进行对比，对其进行技术经济分析。最后绘制出清晰明确的工程图纸。6304

THE CENTRAL AIR-CONDITION OF OFFICIAL BUILDING
Abstract: This design target is the central air conditioning system design for a business office building in Shanghai. The building is a ten-storey commercial office building with a total height of about 33.4m. It involves three shops in the first floor, two to nine floors are the office area with same structure, and the top floor has a large meeting room. According to the Shanghai region meteorological data and the comparison of air-conditioning systems to save energy, deciding to use semi-centralized central air conditioning, air - water system, the end use of fan coil plus independent air system in the end. This design primarily includes cooling load calculation, air conditioning system selection, airflow ventilation system design and calculation, duct hydraulic calculation. Then do the air-conditioning systems’ technical and economic analysis with the others. Drawing the clear engineering drawings finally.
