本设计课题为上海嘉定恒尚酒店公寓结构设计。采用框架结构，该建筑仅供居住使用，共两部部电梯，两部楼梯，建筑面积约为9000m2。整个教学楼纵向约67.2m，于中间设变形缝，楼梯于两端各设一个，本工程结构地上七层，地下一层，室内外高差为450mm，屋顶为结构找坡，坡度2%，建筑物高度（室外地面至女儿墙顶）为24.600m。整个公寓平面规整，符合使用及受力要求；立面简洁、明快，体现出现代化风格。41552
本设计的结构形式采用多层现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构。框架结构的特点是梁柱承重，墙体只起分隔、围护的作用，房间布置较灵活。本结构采用横向框架承重方案，施工方法采用整体现浇式。自然条件如下：基本风压：0.55kN/m2（重现期为50 年）；基本雪压：0.20kN/m2（重现期为50 年）；本地区地震基本烈度为七度；地震分组为第一组；场地类别为Ⅳ类；根据建筑高度及设防烈度，此建筑抗震等级为三级。地质条件及场地工程地质评价如下：土的容重以18kN/m3作为计算依据；土层竖向分布及主要物理力学指标见地质勘查报告。
总体上，毕业论文本工程的建筑设计和结构设计满足了中学教学楼的各种使用要求。
本设计课题采用框架结构不仅能满足建筑使用功能方面的各种要求，且在结构设计阶段合理布置柱网，主次梁的关系，使得整个结构受力合理，并能达到较好的经济效益。
