摘要   根据门诊楼设计规范及其他相关要求，以及任务书设计要求和提供的地质资料等，设计了该框架康复门诊楼。按照先建筑设计后结构设计的原则，先整体布局后局部节点设计步骤设计。 在建筑设计过程中，本着人性化设计的理念，参考国家标准规范和相关资料，严格遵循相关建筑设计规范要求，对设计的每个环节进行综合全面的科学考虑。主要设计内容包括建筑平面设计、立面设计、剖面设计及楼面、楼梯设计等。 结构方案主体采用三层框架结构，主要包括结构平面布置、内力计算假定、荷载计算、计算简图、计算公式和主要数据、内力组合、构件配筋（框架柱梁、现浇楼板和基础）等。其中采用D值法计算在水平荷载作用下的结构内力；采用分配法计算竖向荷载（恒载和活载）作用下的结构内力。50957
