摘要本工程为华东某市中型医院四层钢筋混凝土框架结构门诊楼设计。针对建筑设计时所涉及的问题，依据规范对其建筑功能、结构构件、结构本体进行了设计、计算。建筑主体长39米，底层层高4.2米，标准层层高3.9米，建筑物总高度为16.4米，总建筑面积4380平方米。在设计中,认真贯彻了“适用、安全、经济、美观”的设计原则，进一步掌握了建筑与结构设计全过程、基本方法和步骤。51281

本设计主要包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。建筑设计，包括平面设计、立面设计、剖面设计。结构设计，框架结构设计主要包括：结构选型，梁、柱、墙等构件尺寸的确定，屋盖、楼盖设计，荷载计算，框架结构的受力分析、计算和设计，内力组合，梁柱截面设计，楼梯设计，基础设计。

本设计最终完成共计19张施工图。

Abstract This project for the east China city medium-sized hospital outpatient service building four layer reinforced concrete frame structure design. In architectural design, the issues involved, according to the specification of the building function, structure, component, body structure design and calculation. Building main body 39 meters long, the bottom layer is 4.2 meters, the standard layer upon layer is 3.9 meters tall, building a total height of 16.4 meters, a total construction area of 2433 square meters. In the design, earnestly implement the "applicable, security, economic, beautiful" design principle, further grasp the construction process and structure design, basic methods and steps. 

The design includes architectural design and structural design of two parts. Architectural design includes graphic design, facade design, profile design. Structural design includes: selection of structural, beams, columns, walls and other components to determine the size,  the design of the roof and floor, load calculation, frame stress analysis, calculation and design, internal force composition, beam section design, stair design and foundation design.

The design of the final construction will be finished with 19 drawings in total.
