摘要本工程是以百货为主的区域商业中心,长52.5m,宽37.5m,建筑面积5906m2,每层层高均为4.2m,室内外高差为0.45m,现浇混凝土框架结构。该建筑物的设防烈度为7度,地震加速度为0.15g,建筑场地类别为Ⅱ类,地面粗糙度B类。为丙类建筑,抗震等级为3级,设计中考虑了地震作用。51369
在本计算书中主要包括:根据建筑图的要求进行结构选型和结构布置,结构主体3层钢筋混凝土框架结构。设计包括建筑部分、结构部分、楼梯、基础等。根据任务书布置各层平面图,在进行荷载计算和构件截面估算后,选取了一榀框架进行计算,计算内容包括框架梁柱截面尺寸的选取及线刚度的计算;恒载、活载、地震作用及风荷载作用下梁端、柱端弯矩、剪力以及轴力的计算;框架内力组合;框架梁柱配筋计算;楼梯配筋计算:雨棚配筋及基础配筋计算。最后利用PKPM进行电算,将计算结果与计算书中计算的结果进行比较,分析出现差异的原因。基础采用独立基础。
通过对商场楼层平面图、剖面图、构造图的绘制和结构的设计,熟悉了设计的全过程,了解了结构设计计算的基本方法,完成了毕业设计任务。

Abstract The project is department of mainly regional commercial center, length 52.5m, width 37.5m, construction area of 5906m2, each storey are 4.2m, interior and exterior height is 0.45m,and it is situ concrete frame structure.The building fortification intensity is 7 degrees, site characterization cycle is 0.15g, construction site classification as ClassⅡ, surface roughness is Class B .Class C buildings, seismic rating of 3, the design seismic action is taken into account.
In the calculation of the book include: selection of the structural requirements of the building plans and structural arrangement, the structure of the main four-story reinforced concrete frame structure. Design including construction part, the structural part, stair, foundation, etc. According to plan, decorate each layer commitments in the load calculation and components, this section after estimated investigated.one are computed and content including beam-column section dimension calculation of selecting and the line stiffness; Constant load, live load, seismic action and wind load, column ends the moment, shear force and axial force calculation; Frame internal force combination; Beam-column reinforcement calculation; Stair reinforcement calculation.Finally PKPM electrically calculation, the calculation results calculated by the calculation of book compare the results, analyze reasons for differences.Basis use independent foundation.
Through the mall floor plans, sections, structural mapping and structural design,familiar with the design process, and understand the basic methods of structural design calculations, finally completed the graduation design task.
