摘 要：随着我国建设行业管理体质改革的深化与建设行业环境的改善，工程项目施工管理在建设施工中的作用越来越明显，受到了建设者们的广泛重视，其管理水平的高低日益成为影响企业生存和发展的重要因素。本设计以江阴市月城镇锦和花苑为例，结合实际情况，从项目管理者的角度，对该项目的各分部分项工程施工方案做了详细设计。在设计过程中，紧紧抓住质量、进度、成本控制这三个基本要素，建立相应的组织管理机构，制定完整的进度计划，严格控制生产成本，确保工程质量合格。54170

Abstract :  Along with our country constitution to deepen the reform of construction management and the improvement of the construction industry environment, the role of construction project management in construction is more and more obvious, extensive attention by the builders, its level of management is increasingly becoming the important factors influencing the enterprise survival and development. This design by jiangyin town jin and garden project as an example, combined with the actual situation, from the perspective of project managers, each pision component project in the project construction scheme design in detail. In the process of design, grasping quality, progress, cost control, the three basic elements, set up a corresponding organization and management, complete the progress of the plan, strictly control the production cost, ensure engineering quality.

施工组织设计，是建筑施工组织管理工作的核心和灵魂。如何以更快的施工速度、更科学的施工方法和更经济的工程成本完成每一项建筑施工任务，这是工程建设者极为关心并不断为之努力追求的奋斗的工作目标。

施工组织设计就是对工程建设项目在整个过程中的构思摄像和具体的安排，目的是使工程建设达到速度快、质量好、效益高。

设计数据资料一方面主要来自于公司项目部资料加工整理所得；另一方面，自己在现场工作整理总结所得。
