摘要:随着信息化时代的到来,传统建筑业也跟随着时代的步伐,进入信息化是必然的趋势。BIM技术的出现,是建筑业进入信息化的重要标志之一。西方许多发达国家对于BIM的应用与研究都比较成熟了,然而对于我国来说,我们引进BIM的时间较短,研究不够深入,所以对于BIM的应用较为粗浅,效率也不高。
本论文主要针对基于BIM技术的建设工程全生命周期项目管理进行研究,对于BIM在建设项目的前期策划阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段和运营文护阶段的应用分别进行阐述。并且简要分析了我国全面引进BIM存在的障碍,提供了相应的解决方案。通过对国内外相关知识的研究,对建设工程各个阶段中BIM的作用的详细论述,得到了BIM对于建设工程全生命周期项目管理具有重大意义的结论。BIM为建设工程全生命周期项目管理带来了新的契机,从根本上解决项目规划阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段以及运营文护各阶段之间的信息割裂、项目管理效率低和管理工具手段落后等问题,实现工程信息全生命期管理。关键字:BIM、全寿命周期、建设工程7941
Full life cycle project management of construction projects based on BIM technology
Abstract: With the advent of the information age, it is an inevitable trend for traditional construction industry to be more update. The emergence of BIM technology is one important indicator of it. Many developed countries in the Western area have already studied on BIM for a long time. For our country, however, we have used BIM for a short time. And we have not studied on it much. So we use little BIM and it is not efficiency.
In this paper, it discusses full life cycle project management for construction projects based on BIM technology and the application of BIM to construction projects in pre-design phase, the design phase, construction phase and operation and maintenance phase. It analyses the reasons why that BIM is not widely used in our country and provides some solutions. Through discussing the role of BIM in the various stages of the construction project and related knowledge home and abroad, I get the conclusion that to full life cycle project management for construction projects BIM is of great significance. BIM has brought new opportunities full life cycle project management of construction projects. It can solve the problem that the information between various phases is uncommitted, project management is of low efficiency and management tools are backward. It can help to realize the full life cycle project management of construction projects.
