摘要：砌体结构房屋建筑在我国的应用十分广泛，大到北上广一线城市，小到三四线城市都或多或少的应用到砌体结构房屋。但是砌体结构材料强度低，结构整体性差成为了不可掩盖的弊端，而且大多数砌体结构建筑建造时间早，施工工艺及材料质量都存在很多缺点，直接导致了其各项能力的薄弱。62112

砌体墙作为砌体结构的主体部位，是整个结构的核心构件之一，这也决定了它至关重要的结构作用。目前，中国主要采用以下几种加固方法。常用的加固方法有：水泥砂浆和钢筋网砂浆面层加固法，扶墙柱加固法，外加圈梁－钢筋混凝土柱加固法，新增抗震墙加固法，钢筋混凝土结构板墙加固法。近年也出现了一些新兴的加固方法：预应力斜拉筋加固法，碳纤维布（FRP）加固法，钢绞线－聚合物砂浆面层加固法，扩张网水泥砂浆加固法。

    本文由我国砌体结构现状着手，简单列举一些由砌体墙体问题而导致的事故及危害，来分析砌体墙加固的必要性。然后对国内外的一些砌体墙加固方法按照面层加固和构造加固进行整理、归纳、总结，之后使用钢筋混凝土板墙法详细对一个实验案例进行分析，研究混凝土强度等级、钢筋强度等级等因素对加固墙体的影响，最后得出加固结论。在此之后，对各种加固方法进行经济性比较，分析使用加固方法的各方面利弊等等。

Masonry wall reinforcement method integration analysis and economical comparison

Abstract: Masonry structure buildings are widely used in our country, as big as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, small to three or four line cities are more or less used in masonry structure building. The low strength of masonry structure materials can’t cover the disadvantages of poor structural integrity, and most of masonry structure building is very early, the quality of materials and the technology of construction have many shortcomings, led directly to the aseismatic capability is weak.

    Masonry walls as the main body position of the masonry structure, is one of the core component of the whole structure, which determines its vital structures. In this paper, the research on masonry wall reinforcement method, and compares the economic feasibility. At present, China mainly adopts the following several reinforcement methods. The reinforcement method of commonly used are: cement mortar and steel mesh mortar strengthening method, helped wall column reinforcement method, plus ring beam, reinforced concrete column reinforcement method, the new wall seismic strengthening method, method of reinforced concrete wall. New type of strengthening methods are: carbon fiber cloth reinforcement method, high strength steel strand and polymer mortar reinforcement method, prestressed cable stayed steel reinforcement method, network expansion cement mortar reinforcement method, high performance composite mortar reinforcement fabric thin layer reinforcement method.

    By the situation of masonry structure in China, this paper simply enumerate some issues by masonry wall due to the damage and the accident of the to analyze the necessity of the masonry wall reinforcement. And then on to some of the methods used at our country and abroad and the new type masonry wall reinforcement methods are sorting, induction, summary, after using reinforced concrete wall method,  a test case detailed analysis, concrete strength level, steel strength grade and other factors for reinforced wall, the effect of reinforcing conclusions finally. After that, for all kinds of strengthening methods are compared, and economical method used to analyze the various aspects of the pros and cons, and so on.
