摘要:体验经济是一种全新的经济形态,它的出现改变了生产经营方式和消费方式。体验营销是伴随着体验经济时代的到来而出现的一种新型的营销手段,它的到来将带动我国的经济发展,因而也给我国酒店业带来新的机遇。酒店业作为旅游服务业的重要组成部分所具有的得天独厚的体验要素与特征是开展体验营销的一大优势,
因此,将体验营销运用于我国酒店业则成为体验经济下的一种必然趋势。但酒店业竞争相当激烈,若要在同等酒店中脱颖而出,就要使消费者在消费体验过程中,知晓酒店的文化以及享受酒店的服务,培养忠实的消费者群体。本文意图通过介绍体验营销理论产生以及企业实践发展的经历,让企业充分理解新的营销模式,也从多角度为企业的营销策略组合提供新的模式。22549
