摘要本文主要对苹果手机的竞争战略进行研究分析。随着苹果iPhone手机冲击中国市场，中国市场的手机“巨头”都备受冲击的背景下，对于苹果公司iPhone手机在中国地区竞争情报分析是有必要的。本文从了解苹果公司以及iPhone的各代产品，再从不同方面进行中国手机市场的环境分析、iPhone手机的竞争对手分析、SWOT分析、4P等综合分析法逐一分析iPhone手机的具体竞争情况。并通过结合苹果公司发展战略，对iPhone的竞争战略进行研究分析。24556

Abstract
This paper focuses on competitive strategy research and analysis of Apple's phone.
