摘要：随着社会主义现代化建设的日益深入，社会主义市场经济体制的建立和完善，非营利组织作为社会的第三领域在我国城市社区治理、社区建设中的重要作用日渐凸显出来。本文在已有研究基础上，从新时期社区治理的视角出发，探寻社区治理载体之一——非营利组织的发展，特别以上海G非营利组织为例。通过对G非营利组织构建社区治理的可能性分析，研究该组织在社区治理中的作用和功能。24616

Abstract:With the deepening of socialist modernization construction and the establishment and perfection of the socialist market economic system,the importance of the non-profit organizations, as the third field of society,in urban community governance and community construction is increasingly evident. In this paper, based on previous studies, from the point of view of community governance in the new period development perspective, to explore the non-profit organizations -- one of the carrier of community governance, particularly in the Shanghai G nonprofit organizations for example. By the possibility of G nonprofits build community governance to study the role and function in the community governance.

(一)研究的背景和意义
1、研究的背景
随着社会的发展，时代的进步，在当前的社会时代背景下，现代社会日益分化为政府域、市场域和非营利域。每个“场域”都有自己的组织载体。政府域的组织载体就是各级各类政府组织，市场域的组织载体就是繁茂芜杂的公司、企业，非营利域的组织载体就是各类非营利组织。社会构架元素的多元化发展，促使社区建设主体也相应在发生改变，而对于社区治理的载体问题就有待于我们分析。政府意欲放权，让权力下层，鼓励居民参与社区治理，改变“大政府、小社会”的现象，但长期以来的权力机制，使得居民产生路径依赖，参与社区治理的热情度不高。
本课题将从新时期社区治理的视角出发，探寻社区治理载体之一——非营利组织的发展，以上海G非营利组织（以下简称G组织）为例，通过调查研究该组织的社会日常工作，探寻分析非营利组织作为社区治理载体之一在社区建设中的作用和发展，探寻新时代下的新社区建设路经。 社区治理载体的构建研究+文献综述:http://www.751com.cn/guanli/lunwen_18207.html
