摘要：社会的发展离不开人才，大学生作为受过高等教育的人才，其就业流向对于区域整体布局与发展发挥重要作用。然而我国区域经济发展差距、国家对于大学生就业制度的调整和大学生自身的就业观念的转变，使得大学生就业流向与分布在地区间形成一定程度差异。因此，本研究基于大学生就业价值取向对大学生区域流向问题进行了具体研究。研究发现：薪资价值取向、工作环境价值取向、发展空间价值取向是影响大学生毕业流入北上广及东部地区的三大重要因素；而家庭价值取向则是影响大学生流入中部城镇及西部地区的一个重要因素。发展空间价值取向已经成为普遍认可接受的取向，在此基础上本文提出了提高经济落后地区大学生发展空间、发挥社会资本的积极作用、用人单位根据实际情况调整用人方式以及在国家层面为大学生的就业提供稳定可靠的立法保障等相应的引导策略，对促进社会主义经济的协调发展起到一定的作用。28391

Study on the regional employment direction of college students based on the employment value orientation
Abstract: The development of society can not be separated from talents. As a highly educated person, the employment flow of college students plays an important role in the distribution and development of regional resources. However, the unbalanced development of regional economy, the change of college graduates’ employment system and the change of students' Outlook on life and values make the employment flow of college students obvious regional difference. Therefore, based on the employment value orientation of college students, this study studies the employment flow of College students. The research finds that salary value orientation, work environment value orientation and development space value orientation are the three important factors that affect college graduates' flow into different area . The development of spatial value orientation has become the mainstream value orientation factor of contemporary college students. On this basis, this paper proposes to improve college students' development in underdeveloped area space, play a positive role in social capital . The state provides a stable and reliable legislative guarantee for the employment of College Students.
