摘要：随着世界经济日趋一体和金融全球化的加速，国内保险行业得到了迅速发展。但是发展尚不成熟的中国保险业存在着很多问题。不断增加的保险公司数量，改变了中国保险市场竞争的格局，在一定程度上激发出更为强大的市场需求，从而导致市场竞争的日趋激烈。当下，保险公司的发展正面临着严峻的挑战和广阔机遇，然而在残酷的竞争面前，适者生存是一个必然趋势。显然，保险公司的竞争力是决定企业运营成败的关键因素，所以提高市场竞争力是当下必要举措。29868
本文围绕市场竞争力这一中心，首先对研究保险业市场竞争力的相关方法进行概述，并对企业竞争力理论及保险竞争力理论进行阐述。其次，对我国保险行业的发展历史及市场现状进行整理分析。再者，在他人研究的基础上，探析讨论保险公司市场竞争力的本质和主要影响因素，通过指标体系构建的四个原则，选择影响市场竞争力的主要指标并进行分析，确定竞争力评价指标体系。最后，运用层次分析法建立模型，结合调研情况进行数据分析，简要总结了本文的研究结果并给出个人对于提升保险业市场竞争力的几点建议。

A Study Based on AHP on the Evaluation Methods of Insurance Industry’s Market Competition
Abstract: With the integration of the world economy and the development of financial globalization, domestic insurance industry has been rapidly developed. However, there are still a lot of problems in china insurance industry which hasn’t developed maturely. The continued increase in the number of insurance companies has change the competition pattern of China insurance markets, which inspire strong demand and fasten the competition to certain extent. At present, the development of the insurance company is facing with enormous challenges and opportunities. It’s inevitable that the fittest is the winner. Obviously, the insurance company's competitiveness plays a key role in the success of the enterprise’s operation. So improving the market competitiveness is a necessary.
This paper centers on the market competitiveness. Refer to different information; first, summarize related methods of market competitiveness of the insurance industry as well as the enterprise competitiveness theory and the insurance competitiveness theory. Secondly, analyze the industry development and the market status of China's insurance industry. Furthermore, based on others’ research results, discuss the nature and the main factors which influence the market competitiveness of the insurance company. Choose and analyze the main indicators that affect the market competitiveness through the four principles for structuring the index system, and then determine the index system of competitiveness evaluation. Next, use analytic hierarchy process to establish the model and analyze the data combined with the research. Finally, briefly summarize the results of the research, and give my own suggestions to enhance the market competitiveness of the insurance industry.
