摘要：残障人士就业是一个社会性问题，为了解残障人士的劳动就业问题，各个国家都进行过不同的努力和尝试。我国是一个人口超级大国，也是残障人士数量最多的一个国家。残障人士就业是劳动就业领域一个特殊而又狭小的领域，然而残障人士的就业也是助残事业的重要组成部分，是残障人士及其家属所关心的一个社会问题。残障人士就业，意着他们的经济生活的改善、精神生活的提升和社会地位的提高，对于文护社会安定团结，保障残障人士平等充分参与社会生活，共享社会物质文化成果等有重大意义。因此，解决有劳动能力的残障人士就业，是实现残障人士走向社会的根本途径。5723
