摘要:中小企业是国家经济发展和社会稳定的重要支柱,从经济理论分析,在转型经济中,中小企业往往是最具活力的部分,它们规模小、经营方式灵活,最有可能按照经济的比较优势来组织生产。但从银行信贷角度而言,小企业贷款风险较高,与大企业相比抗风险能力弱,且在调查过程中难以获得中小企业的确凿信息。
本论文在Stiglitz和Weiss提出信贷市场信息不对称理论的基础上、尤努斯小额贷款的成功先例以及政策法规、经济环境、中小企业融资现状、信息技术四方面分析商业银行的宏观环境的分析,并结合杭州银行作为中小商业银行的实际中小企业信贷策略,分析商业银行在中小企业贷款上平衡风险与效益的问题,从信贷产品、贷款定价、渠道发展以及吸引优质中小企业客户的贷款项目四方面提出合适针对中小企业的信贷策略,最终旨在实现中小商业银行与中小企业在融资问题上的双赢。6268
