摘 要:高校教师担负着向社会输出适应企业与社会需要的人才的重要任务,其自身的素质能力会对学生的素质能力产生重要影响, 通过分析企业对高校教师素质的需求,了解企业认为高校教师应当具备什么样的素质能力,不仅能够使高校教师培养出适应企业需求的人才,而且也能够发现目前高校教师在素质能力方面还有哪些欠缺。但是从企业对高校教师素质的要求来看高校教师在人格素质、理论素质、实践能力方面仍然存在一些欠缺之处,主要表现在在人格素质方面缺乏责任感,忠诚敬业精神以及创新精神,在理论素质方面缺乏一定的实践知识,心理知识,另外还缺乏一定的实践能力。针对这些问题,要做到理论与实践相结合实现产学合作,丰富教师自身知识储备,积极开展科研创新工作,培养良好的教师进取环境,建立长效的教学激励机制,牢固树立教学和教学研究为中心的思想这几个方面。38856
