摘要：本文首先对国内外安全评价的发展研究现状以及涂料生产的安全现状进行综述，详细阐述了评价方法的分类和选择原则并介绍常用的一些评价方法，接着以某涂料建设项目的生产车间以及储存仓库为对象，运用安全评价理论，从物质的危险性以及企业事故类型两个方面对该建设项目进行危险有害因素辨识，识别重大危险源。通过对危险有害因素的分析，选择安全检查表法、作业危险性分析法以及二甲苯泄漏事故模拟分析法作为安全评价的基础，结合该项目的工艺流程已经相关法律规范，对该项目进行安全验收评价。根据评价工作的结果，找出该项目存在的事故隐患并对其提出整改措施及建议。39037

Safety acceptance evaluation of a paintconstructionproject
Abstract：Conduct research status and the status of the safe development of this paper coating production evaluation of internal and external security review, evaluation methods elaborated classification and selection principles and introduce some common evaluation methods, followed by a paint production plant construction projects as well as storage warehouse as an object, use safety evaluation theory, risk and accident types of substances dangerous and harmful factors in two aspects of the construction project identification, identification of major hazard. Through the analysis of the risk of harmful factors, choose safety checklist method, job hazard analysis and xylenespill simulation analysis as a basis for safety assessment, combined with the process of the project has been the relevant laws and regulations, the project safety inspection evaluation. According to the results of the evaluation, the existence of the project to identify potential hazards and their proposed corrective measures and recommendations.
