摘要随着城市化和工业现代化的不断发展，我国的土地可利用资源越来越少，而为了满足人们不断发展的住房需求，同时保障耕地数量，高层住宅得到了土地规划部门和房地产开发商的青睐。高层住宅的建设可以节约土地资源，提高土地利用率。在土地集约化利用要求日益现实化的当下，高层住宅必会得到飞速发展，丰富城市的空间形态。而与高层住宅相应而生的高层物业也必将得到人们的重视，发挥越来越大的作用。39153
高层物业的开发管理缓解了社会压力、环境压力、人口压力，而其在为人们的生活带来很多便利的同时，也暴露出了许多亟待解决的问题，毕竟其作为一个新兴产业，还需要我们对其进行研究、完善。本文主要针对高层物业开发管理中存在的问题进行分析、研究，并根据实际情况提出问题解决的建议。

Abstract
