摘要随着我国的高等教育逐渐由精英教育转向大众教育， 大学院校以及学生数量的急剧增加， 使得大学中最重要的两大组成部分学生和老师之间的关系发生了变化，如师生关系的逐渐疏远与冷漠，师生关系的日益复杂化以及师生之间矛盾的日益严重化等，这使得师生之间如何交往成了一个急需解决的难题。而师生之间的有效交往将对学生和教师都产生积极的影响。 本研究通过调查问卷以及访谈法发现目前高校师生交往存在的一些问题，如学生与教师的交往方式单一，交往的深度不够等；而师生的交往也受很多因素的影响，如学生课程多，无暇与教师交流；教师科研压力大，没有精力与学生交流等。最后本课题还从教育主管部门、高校领导集团，教师以及学生三个方面，提出相应的对策，从而促进师生交往。41247

Abstract With China's higher education gradually from elite education to mass education,colleges and universities and the number of students increased dramatically, whichchanged the relationship between university is one of the most important parts ofstudents and teachers, such as teacher-student relationship gradually alienated andindifference, teachers and students relationship becomes more and more complex, theteachers and the students, the contradiction between the increasingly serious etc.,which makes between the teachers and the students how to communicate with otherbecame a urgent problem. And effective communication between teachers andstudents will have a positive impact on both students and teachers. This study throughquestionnaire survey and interviews found that some of the problems that exist in thecommunication between teachers and students of colleges and universities, such as thefrequency of exchanges students and teachers is not high, the depth of interaction isnot enough; and the intercourse between teachers and students is also affected by theinfluence of many factors, such as students, flawless and teacher exchange; teachers'scientific research pressure, no effort to communicate with students. Finally, this topicalso from the education department, the leadership group, the three aspects of teachersand students, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, so as to promotethe communication between teachers and students.

一 导论
（一）研究背景师生交往是高校教育教学过程中的重要内容，直接影响教育教学的质量。学校的教育教学活动是在师生交往中实现的，师生交往是教育主体之间相互对话、相互沟通和相互理解的过程；师生交往应建立在民主、平等、对话、合作的基础上，通过师生之间不断的情感交流，培养师生之间的合作精神与相融态度，使师生双方的积极性与创造性得到最大程度的发挥；增强师生之间和谐交往的能力，方能为提高高校的教育教学质量奠定良好的基础1。但是随着我国高校的不断扩招，学生数量的不断增加，使得高校教师的工作更加繁重，无法将过多的时间与精力花在与学生的交往中去，教学任务往往已经占用的教师的大部分时间，没有足够的时间与精力再投入到教育学生的工作中。同时，学生往往也不太不愿意主动与教师接近，直接导致了师生交往的的匮乏，师生交往的现状也是不容乐观，继而导致了师生交往的一问题， 而这些问题直接影响了师生之间正常的交往和有效的沟通以及教师和学生个人的发展，影响了教育教学的效果。 高校师生交往现状与存在问题研究:http://www.751com.cn/guanli/lunwen_41256.html
