摘要：在现在“互联网+”时代的到来，企业面临互联网与转型，企业在对全面人力资源信息管理的现有研究中，针对当前互联网时代人力资源信息化建设的现状、问题、成因，以及对现有e-HR研究的成功案例进行比较，找到其不足以及需要改进的地方。从而总结经验教训，建立并完善当代“互联网+人力资源信息管理”模型的建立，进行e-HR的实施分析。本课题以人力资源信息管理随着互联网+时代的到来为切入点，继而对e-HR进行深入的研究与探讨，结合所学过的信息管理与人力资源管理等理论知识为基础，进行研究，最终目标是实现更大限度地支持企业对人力资源信息管理的深度开发，与“互联网+”时代保持同步更新，充分实现人力资源管理信息化。43785
