摘要在当今时代,人才是企业的核心竞争力,员工满意度也成为影响企业发展的重要因素。通过员工满意度,既可以反映出企业在发展过程中存在的各种问题,及时对问题做出合理的解决方案,也可以放映出员工的满意度水平,激发员工的工作积极性,降低企业的离职率,为企业创造更多的经济利益。45291
本文通过调查问卷的方式,以广东志高空调有限公司的一线生产员工为研究对象,调查员工现阶段对企业的薪酬福利、员工关系、工作情况、企业管理等的总体满意度,了解员工对企业各方面的满意度水平。通过SPSS20.0对调查数据进行分析,结果表明员工总体满意度略大于中等水平。从问卷分析中得出导致员工满意度较低的主要是薪酬低、工作环境差、企业管理不合理的问题,针对这些问题分别提出了对薪酬体系、工作环境、激励措施、工作内容、企业制度等方面建议措施来提高员工的满意度。

Abstract In today's age, talent is the core competitiveness of enterprises, employee satisfaction has become an important factor affecting the development of enterprises. Through employee satisfaction, both reflecting the corporate existence of the various problems in the development process, in a timely manner to questions and make a reasonable solution, you can also show the satisfaction levels of employees, stimulate their enthusiasm for work, reduce the turnover rate and create more economic benefits for the enterprise.
In this paper by way of questionnaire, to production line workers in Guangdong Chigo Air Conditioning Co. as the research object, overall employee satisfaction surveys at this stage of the enterprise's compensation and benefits, employee relations, working conditions, management, etc., to understand employee satisfaction levels for all aspects of the business. Through the SPSS20.0 to analysis the data, the results show that overall employee satisfaction is slightly larger than the middle level. Derived from the questionnaire analysis leads to lower satisfaction mainly low pay, poor working conditions, management unreasonable, to solve these problems presented to the pay system, work environment, incentives, job content, enterprise system proposed measures to improve employee satisfaction.

一、引言
