摘要医疗保障体系对于任何一个地方都是非常重要的，它是一个地方居民享受福利高低的体现。现如今居民对于生活的保障要求也不断提高，健康保险作为医疗保障体系的一个重要组成部分，在给予居民生活保障方面发挥着不可替代的作用。随着广东省经济的不断增长，居民也逐渐关注自身的健康问题。农村居民对于健康保障有着迫切的需求，对于健康保险的关注度在增高，但市场上对健康保险的供给满足不了居民的需求。本文在分析广东省农村经济发展状况、居民医疗保障情况以及健康保险发展的基础上，分析了健康保险供需矛盾的现状以及原因，最后提出了政府要加强政策扶持、健康保险产品要创新、服务体系要健全、居民要提高风险意识以及理性对待保险的作用等对策建议。45297

Abstract
The medical security is a very important part to people everywhere．Also，it is the embodiment of the local residents’ benefits level． Nowadays， people’s desire of increasing the living assurance is more and more strongly．And health insurance as an important part of the medical care system，it plays an irreplaceable role in the aspect of living security．
Guangdong province is an economy has been at the forefront of provinces， with the growing of the economy，people in Guangdong province improve the quality of life constantly and also gradually pay attention to their own health problems．Due to a shortage of health care for rural residents ，there is a pressing need of them for health care．At the same time，insurance are developing continuously，so people pay more attention to health insurance．But because that the development of health insurance is not mature yet，the insurance company in the supply of health insurance products on the market can not meet the needs of residents．
This article analyzes the development condition of rural economy、medical security of residents and the development of health insurance，on this basis，It summarizes the current situation and the reasons of imbalance between supply and demand of health insurance．At last，it asks that the government must reinforce the policies support、the health insurance product must innovate、the service system must be sane、resident must improve risk consciousness and treat the effect of insurance rationally and so on．
