Title  Research on College Student’s Public Spirit  

Abstract

Today，China is undergoing overall changes in the fields of economy and culture and so on. People who are involved in the transform are also required to improve themselves to adjust to the rapid development. Among those excellent qualities, building the common sense of value and public spirit of people is much more important. College students are future of our country, they receive higher education, try to grasp superior knowledge and skills, and more should they possess excellent civic awareness and public spirit. This paper aims to study on the connotation of public spirit and the development history of China’s college students, also analyzes the existing situation and causes of today’s college students’ lack of public spirit, and then making some rational and operational recommendations.
